·         Copy of identity proof (voter id , pancard, adhar card, driving licence, passport) -2 copies

·         Copy of address proof (ration card , electricity bill , telephone bill , domicile) – 2copies

·         Passport size photograph – 5 copy

·         Copy of 10^th  passing certificate

·         Copy of 12^th passing certificate

·         Copy of graduation proof

·         Pan card and adhar card mandatory

·         Blood group report compulsory

Note:

·         It is important to bring the document on 1^st day of training

·         Original document are compulsory to bring for proof

·         Pan card and adhar card is mandatory to avail “Provident Fund Facility”.

·         Pan card andhar card is mandatory for bank account opening as salaries will be payble through bank only
